My art is influenced by my heritage, experiences, impressions and my point of view. The evolving nature of life and it's many experiences continuously influence and inform decisions, opinions and direction. My art reflects my life's journey.
Textiles is the medium I use to express my journey. I was taught to embroider, crochet, and knit at a very young age. I subsequently developed a strong love and affinity for everything textile and to the expression of art and craft using this medium. I embrace and incorporate textiles in my artwork.
I exhibit my work at various venues, both locally as well as internationally.
